With five bedrooms, four bathrooms (including toilets), and two additional separate toilets spread over three floors, this villa is perfect for a relaxing stay with family or friends. The master bedrooms of the Farmhouse Villa Wellness are equipped with Hespera beds.

Ground Floor
On the ground floor, you will find a spacious, stylishly furnished living room with a modern TV. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with high-end built-in appliances, such as a Quooker, dishwasher, and a large fridge-freezer. Through the French doors in the living room, you step directly outside onto the covered veranda with terrace, surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden.

There are also two bedrooms on the ground floor, both with ensuite bathrooms, as well as a separate toilet. One of the bathrooms is specially adapted for people with reduced mobility and features:

• a spacious walk-in shower with seating
• wide doorways for easy accessibility

First Floor
The first floor offers three bedrooms, one of which has an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is furnished with two bunk beds, ideal for children or extra guests. The third bedroom shares the fourth general bathroom with the second bedroom.

Relaxation in the Spa & Wellness Floor
A stairlift provides access to the fully equipped Spa & Wellness basement, making it easily accessible for people with reduced mobility. Here you will find everything you need for ultimate relaxation: an indoor pool, sauna, and whirlpool.

The wellness area is also wheelchair-friendly and equipped with additional facilities, including:
