Layout and Facilities

 
Ground Floor
Upon entering, you are welcomed into a spacious living room furnished with comfortable seating and a smart TV with streaming capabilities — perfect for cozy evenings with family and friends.
The luxurious open kitchen is equipped with high-quality built-in appliances, including a Quooker, dishwasher, and a bean-to-cup coffee machine for a delicious cup of coffee. You can also charge your electric vehicle on-site.
 

Bedrooms

The villa offers ten bedrooms, each with its own bathroom including a toilet.
On the ground floor, you will find four bedrooms with double beds and ensuite bathrooms, one of which is fully adapted for guests with reduced mobility.
The master bedroom features luxurious Hespera beds, ensuring an excellent night’s sleep.
 
On the first floor, there are six bedrooms:
 

• Two rooms with a bunk bed and a single bed, each with a separate bathroom and access to a sauna.
• Four bedrooms with double beds, two of which also include a bunk bed.

De Heide Villa provides plenty of space for families, children, or extra guests – all with the comfort and privacy you deserve.
 

Wellness and Outdoor Space

Unwind completely in the large hot tub, suitable for multiple people, or enjoy the indoor saunas and Sun Showers. The villa boasts a spacious garden where you can fully enjoy the outdoors thanks to its generous layout. Through the French doors in the living room, you have access to a covered veranda with a terrace – perfect for long summer evenings.
 

Accessible for Guests with Reduced Mobility

The accommodation includes a spacious bedroom that is fully wheelchair-accessible. The beds can easily be moved to create space for a height-adjustable bed if needed.
