Layout and facilities

Ground floor
Upon entering, you step into a very spacious living room, furnished with comfortable seating and a smart TV with streaming functionality. Perfect for cozy evenings with family and friends. The luxurious open kitchen is equipped with high-end built-in appliances, including a Quooker, dishwasher, and a coffee machine with fresh beans. You can also charge your electric vehicle. The villa offers ten bedrooms, each with a private bathroom including a toilet.

On the ground floor, there are four bedrooms with double beds and ensuite bathrooms, one of which is fully adapted for guests with reduced mobility. The master bedroom features luxurious Hespera beds for an optimal night’s sleep.

First floor
On the first floor, you will find six bedrooms:
• Two rooms with a bunk bed and a single bed, each with a separate bathroom and access to a sauna.
• Four bedrooms with a double bed, two of which also include a bunk bed.
This makes Heide Villa ideal for families, children, or additional guests, offering plenty of space, comfort, and privacy.

Wellness and outdoor area
Relax completely in the large hot tub, suitable for multiple guests, or enjoy the indoor saunas and Sun Showers. The villa features a spacious garden, allowing you to fully enjoy outdoor living. Through the French doors in the living room, you have access to a covered veranda with terrace, perfect for long summer evenings.

Accessible for guests with reduced mobility

 The accommodation includes one spacious bedroom fully accessible for wheelchairs and other aids. The beds can be easily moved to create space for a medical bed if needed.
